High-Precision Forging Services at Schilthorn Precision

At Schilthorn Precision, we have built world-class forging capacity over the years. Our automated forging press lines range from 1000T to 10000T, supplying closed die and impression die forging to OEM customers worldwide, in aluminium and steel grade materials, for consistent, premium-quality forged parts.

Our forging lines are supported by saw cutting, shearing and circular saw machines, cutting billets from 10 mm to 24 mm in diameter to precise lengths and weights, held to the tolerances we work with. Forged parts can move directly into precision machining for final finishing.
